Marc Cormier is a Probate and Estate REALTOR® serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia. With 27+ years of real estate experience, Marc helps personal representatives, executors, heirs, and families prepare and sell inherited and probate real estate.

Marc specializes in probate and estate home sales, inherited properties, and homes that need clean-out, repairs, or preparation before sale. His team can handle as much or as little as needed, from securing the property and clean-out to repairs, painting, landscaping, staging, marketing, and selling the home. For smaller projects, we may be able to advance payment for all or part of the work; for other projects, payment arrangements are reviewed case by case and must be agreed upon before work begins.
